Aim – Aim helps you stay connected to your friends with a dashboard app that lets you chat using services like Facebook and Google Talk. Upload files to share from your computer or phone and send photos, videos and Tweets that are already online—and your friends can see the content you’re sharing without ever having to leave the dashboard.

Sprout Social –Sprout Social is a social media management app that allows you to schedule and publish posts, monitor social media activity, and analyze performance, with a focus on providing insights and data for larger businesses and enterprises.

Tweroid –Tweroid (we liken it to Twitter on steroids) helps you maximize your exposure on Twitter. Really, it’s an incredible way to automate your social media management more than ever possible before. Zapier is a similar tool designed for more professional applications, such as Wufoo and Salesforce—the two applications together could almost completely automate the majority of your online functions. Talk about a time-saver. Zapier comes with both free and paid versions, so going free means you’ll be limited to 100 tasks a month, but it’s definitely worth a try.
