Pros
- Easy to use and has excellent customer service.
- The usage is very easy. Also, the customer service they give is excellent.
- Very user-friendly software and easy to understand and use. The functions given in the drop-down menu are a total wonder.
Cons
- It is awesome for the process servers, but there are no utilities for the private investigators.
- There is nothing bad to write about it. However, it would be great if the desktop integrations could be done with the mobile version.
- Though I love the software, it would be better if we could add multiple defendants under the on-work order and also what is being served to each.
