Sutapa Sikdar Is Wife Of Which Indian Actor?

Sutapa Sikdar is one of the most popular names in the Bollywood. Not only she is the wife of late actor Irfan Khan. But she also has established her own name and fame in the Bollywood. She is one of those talented souls in Bollywood who is not known by the light of Bollywood, but she is quite famous in her own work.

She started her journey in Bollywood as a dialogue and screenplay writer in the movie Khamoshi. The movie received critical as well as audience praise too. Later she has also been part of movies like Supari, Shabd. She has also been part of the terrific and critically acclaimed movie Kaahani.

Vidya Balan was part of this movie and this movie has received rave reviews from everyone. She has also established her stint in television shows as well. Television series Banegi apni Baat story, screenplay and dialogue has been written by Sutapa Sikdar only.

This show and she herself gained immense fame from this serial. She has also been part of the Star Bestseller. She also turned producer with her movie Qarib Qarib Single. Her husband Irfan Khan was the lead actor in the show. She has also produced movie Maadari.

She did her education in this field from the National Drama School. She completed her graduation from there. During 1985 to 1987, she met her soulmate and terrific actor Irfan Khan. Both fell in love and later got married. Irfan Khan always said that his wife is his true critic. Both of them are best friends and true soulmates.

Currently they are blessed with two sons. Both of them worked together for the first time in one of the Star Bestseller series Alvida. This episode was also directed by Irfan Khan. Sadly Irfan Khan passed away in 2020 leaving her and two sons alone.
